We always welcome new members. We have members who want to learn how to train and handle a new pup, and many who have formed great friendships with a common interest. Our membership promotes responsible ownership and training, education, competitive events and the sport. We hope that members can enhance their skills and enjoy our 121 acre training site with 6 ponds and a mix of terrain and vegetation. For membership fees and forms click here.
One of the many ways we help new members is to present realistic hunt test scenarios at our Mebane club grounds training days. Depending upon where you and your dog are as related to AKC Hunt Tests, we present Junior, Senior and Master level scenarios that accurately depict what you and your dog will face when competing in a sanctioned AKC Hunt Test. These scenarios are presented by members who either are currently competing or have successfully competed at the level being contested. Members critique each other and offer helpful hints to increase you and your dog’s competiveness. Several times a year we invite area professional trainers to our training days to assist us.
Services provided include the following!
